If you're curious about aesthetic treatments but not sure where to start, you're not alone. That’s exactly why Seaport Medspa offers a complimentary “Unsure Where to Begin” consultation, a low-pressure, informative visit designed to help you better understand your options in a medical, supportive environment.
A Thoughtful Welcome
When you arrive at Seaport Medspa, you’ll be greeted by our patient coordinator and guided through a brief check-in process. You’ll complete a digital health history form on one of our iPads so we can understand your medical background and ensure any recommendations we make are appropriate and safe.
A Consultation With a Medical Provider—Not a Salesperson
After check-in, you’ll meet with one of our licensed medical providers. These are trained aesthetic RNs or NPs (not sales people) who are here to listen and educate. Your provider will take time to understand your goals, whether they relate to skin texture, acne, fine lines, volume loss, pigmentation, or overall facial harmony.
This is a collaborative conversation. Some patients come in with a clear focus—like softening frown lines or improving their skin’s brightness—while others just want guidance. Either way, we’re here to talk through what’s possible and help connect the dots between your concerns and the medical treatments that might be a fit.
Education First, Pressure Never
As a commission-free practice, our providers are never incentivized to sell you a treatment. Our role is to explain your options clearly, answer any questions, and provide honest feedback rooted in medical knowledge. You’re never expected to book or begin treatment the same day—unless you choose to. Some patients feel ready to move forward, others prefer to go home, do more research, and reach back out when they’re ready.
Leave With Clarity
You’ll leave your consultation with a better understanding of your skin, facial structure, and the treatments that can support your long-term goals. Even if you’re just starting to explore the idea of aesthetic care, we believe it’s important to be informed—without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.
Our hope is that you walk away from your consultation feeling more confident, educated, and empowered, whether you decide to pursue treatment with us or not.
