Seaport Medspa is hands-down the best medspa experience I've ever had—and I've been to all their locations! No matter where Mari is working that day, I’ll happily make the trip because she’s just that good. Her expertise, warmth, and attention to detail make every visit feel like a treat. That said, every staff member I’ve encountered has been equally fantastic—professional, welcoming, and truly invested in helping you look and feel your best.

My favorite Medspa by far! The space is beautiful, everyone is kind, and I always feel like they have my best interest in mind for treatments. I see Lizzy for botox - she is so knowledgeable and I always feel like I'm in good hands. I've had facials from a number of different staff members who were all amazing! It's really become my go-to place for everything skincare.

Seaport Medspa is the best! The girls are all so kind and know what they’re doing! I got laser hair treatment and saw a noticeable treatment after the first session, and continued to see progress throughout the process. It’s very clean and the girls make sure you feel comfortable the whole time.

The new North End Seaport Medspa location is stunning! As an OG customer I love having 2 locations now to choose from for appointments. This afternoon I received a diamond glow facial and also added on dermaplaning with Amanda and had the best experience (as always).

Lizzy is the absolute best! I’ve been getting botox here for years and I always know I’m in good hands. I went in for a filler consultation recently, and Lizzy decided botox could actually give me the result I was looking for. I’m so impressed with the level of knowledge at Seaport Medspa. I don’t think I would have gotten the results I was looking for anywhere else.

I have been a few times for facials and VI Peels, the girls are all super bubbly and nice when I go in. I have "problem" skin and everything they have recommended is very much within my comfort zone fully explained to me and worth it, I don't ever feel like I'm being upsold. Every time I've gone in I have been pleased with my time in the office as well as results afterwards. Also super clean environment!

Both the Seaport and North End locations are pristine - they are beautiful aesthetically & are incredibly clean. Lizzy and Mari are super knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to make sure clients are getting what they need in terms of information on services and products. They guided me through my skincare journey from my engagement, bridal shower, wedding, baby shower and now postpartum as a new mom! Everyone who works there is kind, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable - they never upsell you which is honestly rare in a medspa! I no longer live in the city but still come to SMS for everything because they are truly the only place I trust to take care of my skin!

I had the best experience at Seaport Medspa! The North End location is gorgeous inside and everyone was so welcoming. I got a DiamondGlow facial and dermaplane with Carly. She was spectacular! She was gentle during the dermaplane and her facial massage was heavenly. After the service my skin was glowing! I immediately noticed a difference in my skin tone and that my pores appeared smaller. Even the next day I couldn't get over how soft my skin felt! I highly recommend Seaport Medspa. This will certainly be my new go-to spot for all skincare needs!
